2025 Community Grants 

Peninsula Health Care District (PHCD) has committed over $1.2 million to its 2025 Community Grants Program (CGP), supporting 28 organizations focused on Preventive Health, Mental & Behavioral Health, and Healthy Aging across the Life Course.

We are excited to collaborate with the 2025 Grantees in advancing community health and well-being for District residents.
